Lastisimus After Mastectomy

Front: This patient had bilateral subcutaneous mastectomies for multiple high risk tumors. She had such small pectoralis muscles that they would not adequately cover implants. Latisimus muscle flaps were placed in both breasts to provide tissue and to cover small saline implants. She is three months post-operative.
